This company is a very reputable accredited company and I would highly advise and recommend anybody in need of a good moving company to proceeded with them. Their staff is nothing less than helpful and they provide fantastic customer service. I was provided with terrific pricing and they were at my home to move my belongings ahead of time. They have been in the moving industry for an extended period of time and when I called the owner back to provide Positive feedback, he too was very kind and courteous. All my belonging were moved with the upmost care.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $1500

The move cost double the estimate AND items are damaged.
I moved from Ohio to Florida. The woman on the phone was pleasant and positive. The 2nd (pick up) and 3rd (delivery) payments could be charged to credit card, but the 1st payment could only be a checking acct ACH transfer. (Clue 1 that this may be a scam.) Clue 2 was that the payment was for a different co. name.
Safe Relocation is a broker, so you don’t know who will be picking up or delivering. Before pickup, the “quality control” dept called to go over the inventory. I went over the weight allowances so the estimate would be accurate. A revised estimate was provided.
On pickup day, A Plus Movers LLC arrived. I had to sign about 16 pages of paperwork. The Bill of Lading was blank, as the weight was unknown. They were to weigh the truck before pick up, and again when they left. I signed the papers, including the blank Bill of Lading. “They’d do it later”. The credit card authorization required the card number, expiration, secret code and my full social security number. (Clue 3). He said they’d fill in the charge amount later. I said no, and I filled in the amount I agreed to. I asked for a copy of the papers and was told they couldn’t, they’d email me a copy. (Clue 4) They left. (No emailed copies were ever received.)
Next day, there was a $1648 Visa charge by A Plus Movers, LLC., not the $515. I called Safe Relocation and the 1st women I talked to said “that’s an easy fix” and it would be corrected. This woman has never taken a call from me since, nor answered any voice mail messages I’ve left, nor fixed anything. (I don’t have a strong argument with Visa as the signed Bill of Lading shows the inflated amounts.)
The customer service is the same number and person as the “Quality Control” person. They said they’d get me an explanation and confirm the delivery date. No calls.
I called for 5 days. I never got an answer nor a return of any voice mails. On day 5, customer service answered, located the Bill of Lading, and said the credit card charges were exactly what I had signed for! I asked for a copy. Now the Bill of Lading was filled in. (With my signature.) They claimed the weight was 2100 pounds over! There is no way that my stuff weighed over a ton more than the estimate! They also charged $249 for packing supplies and used none. They also charged $399 extra for a bulky item that I helped them load. This increased the cost $1927, over double the estimate! I complained. I was told they were done dealing with me as I had signed this Bill of Lading and was charged exactly what they had “created”. I was told to call A Plus Movers LLC. Not surprisingly, the number I was given for A Plus never got answered, nor did they ever return a voice mail. Ever.
I got a phone call from a 4 U Logistics truck driver two days after my stuff was to arrive. He said the balance must be in cash. I told him the final payment could be via credit card, and he said no, “it was the law”, cash only. At this point, your possessions are being held for ransom, so I didn’t had a choice. The truck was an old, dirty North American truck with only a driver. There was a guy in a car and I asked him if he worked for 4 U Logistics, he said no. He was a “rent a helper” that the driver hired along the way. The driver refused to open the truck until he was paid cash. I then saw smashed and torn boxes. My grill suffered a broken wheel, bent axle, broken handle and multiple dents and scrapes. The grill cover was completely ripped and stained. Heavy items had been stacked on top of it. My bicycle has the handle bars twisted and other broken items. Items like small tools were falling out of boxes with holes.
I have since called Safe Relocation and gotten the email address for aplusmoversclaims @ gmail.com. This certainly does not sound legit. I have emailed pictures of the damages and copied Safe Relocation. I’ve received no response from either party thus far.

IJim from Safe and secure relocation contacted me. He was nice to me and kept calling me until he had my business. He never mentioned that he is a broker and it's a different company that moves my stuff. He told me all he need is a week notice before the move and I can move my dates in a calendar year for free. Just to sign the contract as I didn't have my apartment rented he asked me to give a date. When I called him to move my stuff a week before he was demanding for more money as his movers wants to make a trip just pick my stuff, when I told him I am going to write a bad review he said I don't have to pay anything. 2 days before my move Sandy called me to make sure I don't have anything more than what is in the inventory.
The movers didn't show on the day they were suppose to come. there 3 people who came to move my stuff, the main guy was
Josh. I showed them my stuff to move, they said they can't take me goods because I have more than what is on inventory, when I told all I have is what is on inventory they started to say it would take more space than what is in the inventory and started complain that I my couch is big, which is not and said I have to pay more than what is priced if not pay each one of them $100. I had no choice other than to pay them because of my situation. Josh is the driver very rude and aggresive, I didn't have anything more than what is in the inventory. Josh helds you as a hostage and literally give you hard times. They know you are desperate to move and you have no choice and make maximum use. Jim promised me they would not charge me extra as long as inventory matches what they are moving. They don't care for your stuff, they just throw it no matter you write fragile or not. they are reckless and don't care for your stuff. Jim will say anything to get your business and first thing he says to look at their review, don't fall in to tat trap because it is not accurate. This company doesn't deserve any star (0 start)My advice is not to go with this company.

I hired this company to move my things on November 5, 2019. The pick up date on my contract was Nov 22nd or 23rd. That was our move out date at our home. The mover called us on Nov 23rd and told us he was going to be days late and arranged a local moving company to move our stuff to storage. Even though THEY arranged the extra move because THEY couldn’t move us as agreed, they then stuck us with the additional moving cost. They told us they would cover the cost, but they did not. THEN, they canceled the mover that was late and scheduked a second one. We had to pay an ADDITIONAL $1000 cash (via Zelle) that was NOT agreed upon in the contract to get the stuff picked up!! THEN, after it was picked up and our money was taken, the second mover cut off contact with us. We have called and called these people with NO answer, and it is now DECEMBER 12th!! We HAVE NO IDEA WHERE OUR STUFF IS AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER OR RETURN OUR CALLS!! I’m pretty sure ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS HAVE BEEN STOLEN and we are already out $1700.00 IN ADDITION. All I know what to do at this point is to file reports with the police, FBI and Better Business Bureau, all of which I will be doing ASAP.

I would not recommend this company. I am moving from CA to TX. They are a broker, so their quote was way higher due to making profit when they bid out for local movers. Also, their reps will just hang up on you without saying goodbye. I am not sure if this is a Florida thing or not. One of the conversation with them was telling him I appreciate their customer service and I will get back to you after speaking with my husband, and Joey just hung up. My last call I told them we decided to go with a direct company, and again, he hung up on me while I was speaking. I personally find this rude, but I get at this point, I am wasting his precious time. My advise is go with a direct company that uses their own trucks and men.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! I HAVE ENGAGED AN ATTORNEY AND THE MEDIA!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I honestly believe that every one of the great reviews posted here are absolutely FAKE. My experience started off great. The service and responsiveness were great and I thought I was getting a great value as well. Then, 2 days before the movers were supposed to arrive, the QA person called and increased my estimate by 50% which in turn increased my deposit, which of course they had to have immediately or the move would not be confirmed (shame on me for agreeing). Our move day came and went. No contact from this company to let us know what was happening. I had to call customer service repeatedly to get anyone to answer and let me know what was happening. Then, late the day of our "back up" move date someone from "dispatch" called to let me know they were calling about my move scheduled for the next day. We were scheduled for a full service pack and long distance move on 12.29 with a back up date of 12.30. The truck finally showed up at noon on 12.31. We were supposed to be out of our house at 5 pm on 12.31. They then proceed to tell me that my estimate is going up again by another 50% and I need to sign binding paperwork for them to start their work. I told them based on the direction from customer service that I would only sign it if it were non-binding. The guy grabbed his paperwork, told me I was wasting his time and DROVE AWAY!! People, I can't make this up. Customer Service apologized and said they would send another crew out the next day. I never got a confirmation from anyone, no crew showed up and Customer Service stopped taking my calls until I called from a number they didn't recognize. Now they won't answer that number either. They said they would issue a refund and the check would be here in 5-7 business day. Yeah, right! Shame on me again for thinking this company has any scruples at all and would actually do the right thing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! I HAVE ENGAGED AN ATTORNEY AND THE MEDIA!! There is NO WAY the good reviews here are real people.

I used this company to help me move a bed room suit. It should be known they are not actual movers they are a broker. Lesson learned, I was quoted one price and they held my furniture hostage until I paid the higher price when they showed up. No return calls Michelle ghosted my cost ended up being $2000.00 dollars Quoted $1200.00. I got charged a a long distance fee, and something called a long carry charge, and a fuel surcharge. The tried to charge me 300.00$ for expedite fee and I refused to pay it. My advise in the future use a company, not a broker and be aware of the extras that they say "You are all good your price is your price". I will say the company that did the move it put me as a customer in a very awkward position having to argue with them. Painful, and again I say again they never answer there phones or return calls. Stay away or get screwed.

DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR BELONGINGS. We moved from Nebraska to Arizona, my husband set up the move and sent the initial “deposit”. I had to then do an inventory review with someone called Ann and I explained I was only going to have roughly 25-30 boxes (I sold all my belongings” but she pushed and got very rude that I needed to go for a bigger package just in case. I had to also make an additional $500 payment before the end of the call and then the remaining fee was due when they delivered our belongings. On the date of move they tried to change the date and time but we weren’t having it and they showed up 10 hours late and the movers tried to say I had to pay them lol sorry not happening. We were told our things would be there within a week. Now after what we had already paid we were supposed to only owe $450, then all of a sudden it turns into that we owed $1200 and they wouldn’t bring our stuff till at least half was paid then and then the other half when they finally showed up. It took them 3 weeks to get my stuff here. And to make it even better after scamming us for thousands my “loose items” as they called it, meaning TV’s, pictures etc were completely destroyed and of course at that point we were no longer able to get in contact with them again.
